A warm welcome to Nick Lambert and Max Brooks, the newest team members of our Central Region!

Nick joins us as a Senior Cost Consultant, with 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Nick’s experience ranges from commercial, residential, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and major project joint ventures. Having developed a successful track record of project delivery under various forms of contract, we are thrilled that Nick has joined the Coreus team bringing with him his commercial and contract management knowledge.

Max joins as a Cost Consultant, having recently returned to the UK after spending two years living overseas in Canada. Prior to this Max has worked on a variety of projects across the South West from housing developments, retail spaces, leisure facilities, schools, refurbishment projects, extensions, police stations, and industrial units. We are so pleased to have him on board!

Both will be working on some of our exciting projects in the region, including Swansea Council, the University Of Gloucestershire and the University of Swansea.
