Coreus have been appointed by Swansea Council to provide multi-disciplinary professional services for the re-development of 277-278 Oxford Street. The former BHS store is set to be transformed into a community hub, providing access to a range of public services in a welcoming environment.

Construction on site is due to commence in 2022.
