The Sandy Park Hotel is set to be an outstanding accommodation in Exeter, with easy access from the M5. It will be branded and operated as a Marriot Courtyard. Work is well underway on the construction of the 250-bedroom, nine-storey property. The hotel will include a rooftop terrace and bar which will have panoramic views of the Exe Estuary (you can see as far as Exmouth on a clear day).

Despite the impact of the pandemic, the innovative team (Price Consulting, KTA Architects, DNA Construction, Sands Consulting and EDP) have made great progress on this project, including the use of modern methods of construction, utilising a light gauged steel frame from Sigmat.
