What we did

Coreus have been working with Petroc College on various projects for over two years, delivering a variety of services including project management, cost consultancy, and carbon and sustainability consultancy for the regeneration programme across their entire estate.

This has led to the uptake of vast improvement works across the estate, including fabric improvements and whole refurbishments of the buildings. We have managed the development of detailed low and zero-carbon feasibility studies for onsite renewable energy technologies such as solar PV arrays.

We have also assisted in funding applications via Salix and ERDF ensuring the projects met or exceeded requirements. Other services provided have also included BREEAM Assessments, sustainability strategies for planning and energy assessments.
