We are so excited to be working on Winslade House, the second phase of the Winslade Park development for Burrington Estates. This development is set to home multi-tenanted offices, with high-quality, open-plan spaces, a dedicated reception area, along with cycle storage, showers, and a food offering. All on the doorstep of the outstanding health and wellbeing facilities Winslade Park has to offer.

Working as Cost Consultants and Project Managers, Coreus have co-ordinated the design team to the end of RIBA Stage 4, working closely with the client throughout the process and carefully balancing the defined budget with the clients’ aspirations to achieve the best outcome.

This is a project close to our heart, as it is set to be our new home! We cannot wait to see our future office take shape.
