Coreus is providing Cost Consultant and Project Management services for the prestigious redevelopment of Winslade Park, an 86-acre estate just outside of Exeter. We are performing a crucial role in appointing and managing the multidisciplinary team to provide new contemporary offices, high-end residential units and state-of-the-art leisure facilities. The site has a mix of historic and commercial assets, including the Grade II* listed manor, which is being converted into fully serviced offices. The manor house sits within the top 8% of heritage assets in England and thus requires a meticulous and thorough approach to delivery.

We have assisted the client by producing a robust design, procurement and delivery programme in order to mitigate commercial risk, as well as developing a market tested cost plan to increase the level of cost certainty and effectively collaborating with the design team to ensure proactive cost management.
