Today we are celebrating our Director of Enabling Services, Helen Mason, joining the Coreus team a year ago!
.
.
Since joining the company in June 2020, Helen has helped Coreus go from strength to strength. From transforming our bid process and securing numerous high-profile projects, to streamlining our internal HR, Marketing and I.T. processes, Helen has played a huge role in helping Coreus get to where we are today.

.

Andrew Clancy, Managing Director said We are so lucky to have Helen in the Coreus team. I was amazed that we were able to attract someone with the pedigree of Helen to join the team. Since joining us, she has pushed us to another level in terms of our marketing and enabling services disciplines. Key highlights for me were securing a national framework, open OJEU tenders and the development of our industry-leading benefits package. Helen is a superstar and it makes me smile when I think of what she has achieved over the last year. I don’t know what the future holds, but with Helen in the team anything is possible

.

Some of Helen’s highlights include:

  • Playing a key role in winning numerous projects including:
    • University of Plymouth Business School
    • Dorset Police’s HQ
    • The redevelopment of 277-278 Oxford St, Swansea Council
    • The Clarence Hotel
  • Securing Coreus a place on the Procure Partnerships Framework across multiple regions
  • Launching and branding C Squared Construct
  • Meeting the Prime Minister
  • Winning ‘Best Construction and Development Services’ at the Business Elite Awards
  • Appointing Cots for Tots as our Charity of the Year
  • Implementing an enhanced benefits package

.

.“I thought joining a construction start-up after nearly 10 years in aviation would be a huge change, but if I am being honest, I haven’t looked back. Coreus is fast-paced, challenging and no day is the same – all the things that I thrive on! Over the last year I am proud to have played a part in securing some amazing projects including The Clarence in Exeter, Dorset Police’s new HQ and more recently Swansea Council’s Oxford Street redevelopment project. In addition, I’ve loved the challenge of streamlining and developing the Coreus IT and HR functions. From appointing our new IT support team to implementing enhanced benefits such as the Coreus Employee Recognition scheme and Unlimited Leave. Here’s to many more!”

Helen Mason, Director of Enabling Servies.
