Coreus were appointed as both Project Managers and Cost Consultants to reclad and refurbish the external façade of the Petroc College E Block building. The team overcame the challenges surrounding Covid-19 and we are so pleased to now have issued the completion certificate.
To achieve the intensive programme while maintaining business as usual for the college, we worked closely with the contractor to structure and plan the works during the peak of the pandemic. This collaboration enabled out of hours working so less operatives were required and social distancing guidelines could be adhered to.

The project was handed over on budget and ahead of the agreed completion date.
