- This year, we welcomed 19 new team members, marking a 46% increase from the previous year.
- We were finalists for 11 awards and won 4, including the ‘Employer’ award in both our Exeter and Bristol branches and ‘One to Watch’ in Bristol.
- We raised over £3,700 for the Pearl Exchange charity through our charity games night earlier this year.
- Organised and partnered on over 80 events.
- We have secured numerous high profile clients and places on 5 frameworks.
- Our team attended 12 schools for careers fairs and school talk
