Coreus are now, more than ever, proud to offer our team flexible working by not being a 9-5 business. We have always offered our Staff the option to pick their working hours up to their contractual hours as we appreciate that sometimes life can get in the way. We believe this benefits both Clients and Employees and helps to attract and retain the best talent.

Due to the national lockdown and school closures, some of our team are currently home-schooling their children. Having a flexible working structure in place already means the team were able to adapt quickly to support them throughout this challenging period.

“I have always loved what I do but balancing a challenging leadership role whilst caring for little children would not be possible without the support of Coreus who truly embrace flexible working by continuously putting their people first. “ – Helen Mason.

We also understand that flexibility plays a key part in shaping future talent. We do this by supporting the learning and development of our team. Two members of our team are studying masters degrees at the University College of Estate Management and the University of Exeter. Flexible working means they can continue their studies and develop professionally whilst working at Coreus.

“Since starting my MSc, all of the team have been so supportive and the flexible working hours that Coreus offer make it much easier to balance my studies with my job. Doing an MSc in Construction Management means I am continuously learning new things which I can apply to the projects that I’m working on.” – Olivia Moorey.

These are just some of the ways Coreus strives to be the place that people want to work for and with.
