The grand 250 bed, Marriott brand standards hotel offers luxury accommodation and a connecting base to the South West. With panoramic views of the Exe Estuary, the venue boasts fantastic conference and dining facilities, as well as a match day bar for Exeter Chiefs fans!

Having provided all Cost Management services, this project holds great significance to Coreus, particularly with it being one of our very first projects.

The hotel has also achieved BREEAM Excellent, with help from our sustainability team.
