Gracie Schooling, one of our Sustainability Consultants, has become an official assessor in two additional BREEAM schemes – Infrastructure Assessor and Non-domestic Refurbishment and Fit-out. This is great news for Coreus as it means we can offer a wider range of services to our clients who are looking to achieve sustainability certifications for their buildings and infrastructure projects.
This brings our team’s extensive range of BREEAM assessment capabilities to an even higher level, including:
- BREEAM AP (Accredited Professional)
- UK NEW Construction – Commercial, Multi-Use, Other, Public (including Courts, Education, Healthcare, Higher Education and Prisons)
- BREEAM Infrastructure (formerly CEEQUAL)

BREEAM is a renowned sustainability assessment tool widely used in the construction industry. Specifically, the BREEAM In-Use scheme evaluates the environmental performance of existing buildings, and aims to enhance their sustainability. Our team is dedicated to enhancing our BREEAM capabilities and, as such, we are currently undergoing training in the BREEAM In-Use scheme. This training will allow us to work more efficiently on similar projects.
