The Coreus team provided Cost Consultancy and Project Management services for this high-spec, contemporary commercial development, featuring 30 industrial units across 8,417 sq. ft. Designed to help meet local business demand, the light industrial units come fitted with latest insulated panel technology providing increased thermal-efficiency, fire safety and lifetime durability. Solar panels and electric vehicle charging points have been fitted to save money and reduce carbon footprint.
