The Coreus team is continuing to grow and we were excited to welcome our newest team member, Ashley, at the start of March 2019. Ashley will be part of our team of Cost Consultants and will be working on a range of different projects.
Ashley has 10 years of experience as a quantity surveyor / cost consultant having completed a Post Graduate Diploma in quantity surveying. He started his career with a national housebuilder, moving to a tier 1 contractor before having the opportunity to transition across to the consultancy side.
Having worked for a national housebuilder, Ashley has a thorough understanding of the housing sector and has experience of working on large regeneration schemes in London. He has also worked on schemes such as European headquarters for pharmaceutical companies, universities, including University of Cambridge and airports. More recently Ashley has worked with local councils and local community land trusts to help deliver affordable housing, for local communities.
Ashley was attracted to Coreus due to the agility of the business, the diverse range of clients and projects they are currently working on, alongside the director’s vision to develop sustainable lead developments including the development of a zero plastic home model.
Since joining Coreus, a little over a month ago, Ashley has been fortunate to work on some exciting projects, including the development of a new dental and medical facility and a new hotel for Exeter Chiefs at Sandy Park.
