The delivery of 50 Passivhaus Principles homes represent a significant step towards sustainable and energy-efficient housing solutions, by utilizing MMC porotherm blocks, these homes are not only durable but also environmentally friendly.

With the mix of tenure homes and flats, having a variety of 1 to 4 bedrooms, ensures that there is something for everyone in this innovative community.
