About The Project

Coreus are providing cost consultant and quantity surveyor services for the redevelopment of the former Oscar Meyer industrial site in Chard. The new development will create 23,828 sq.m of commercial floor space including a distribution centre, assembly area, storage spaces and injection moulding space.

The site will be a new facility for Numatic International Limited, which is worldwide famous for its manufacture of the instantly recognisable Henry the vacuum cleaner.
