“It has been brilliant to work on a scheme in which sustainability is the central focus; the scheme is targeting using 50% recycled materials and very minimal concrete. About The Project

The project relocates the existing car park to the south of the site to facilitate a new landscaped arrival area. The scheme also includes the addition of photovoltaic elements such as a ground-mounted panels to increase the self-sufficiency of the building and solar car ports to promote electric vehicle charging. As sustainability is a key driver for the scheme, Coreus have produced Key Project Indicators to ensure that all elements of sustainability are carefully considered, monitored and reported on throughout all project stages. Due to the nature of the scheme and specific client objectives, Coreus recommended that a construction management procurement approach is adopted.
