Coreus has been appointed by the University of Gloucestershire to provide cost management services for the demolition and rebuild of the existing Reynolds Building located on the picturesque Park Campus in Cheltenham.

The University’s computing and digital technologies programmes have received a multi-million-pound boost following a successful Office for Students (OfS) capital funding bid.

The OfS funding will be used to build a specialist three-storey facility, extending the existing accommodation for the School of Computing and Engineering.

Students will benefit from this high-quality teaching and learning space, dedicated to Cyber and Technical Computing, Advanced Emerging Technologies, Game Technologies, and Engineering Technologies.

We’re proud to be undertaking this scheme as our second appointment with the University, following on from the City Campus project and we’ll be working alongside a fantastic design team:
