+ Someone with a strong track record of successfully delivering a range of quantity surveying assignments ensuring project milestones are achieved
+ Educated to degree level or equivalent, with membership status of a relevant professional body such as RICS, CIOB etc.
+ Confidence in your ability to complete complex, professional level tasks as requested by colleagues and clients, prioritising project work loads
+ Have strong communication skills and be self motivated, proactive and have a positive attitude
+ Be ambitious and have a real drive to achieve something special and exceptional

Senior Project Manager – South West
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
+ Someone with a strong track record of achieving exceptional standards in the delivery of projects
+ Educated to degree level or equivalent, with membership status of a relevant professional body such as RICS, CIOB etc. (preferable)
+ Experience of managing teams and professionals across varying phases and sizes of construction projects
+ Maintains performance levels when managing multiple tasks and builds good relationships through trust, integrity and honesty
+ Creative problem solver, with strong communication skills and attention to detail; proactive with a positive attitude
